Designing is free. What you take away from it is what costs something.
Buildable does not meter the editor. Draw as many projects as you like, change dimensions, place openings, add a storey, paint rooms, walk through the model, run the kit's own checks as often as you want, and take the concept sheet away with you. None of that spends anything, on any plan, because it is the part you do yourself.
What is metered is asking the design service for a proposal, and the finished output a project ends in: renders, the CAD and IFC files, and the sign-off package. Those are work somebody else's computer does for you, and they are what a credit pays for.

Prices are proposed until the first invoice for that plan. Payment is not switched on: there is no checkout and nothing can be bought here. A plan grants credits and space. It never grants a passed check, a reviewed design or a professional’s opinion.
A credit is the one unit a balance is held in, so a plan grant, a credit pack and a company's pooled allowance are all counted the same way and settle through the same ledger. The table below is the list the ledger itself reads. It is generated from the same file the plans above come from, so what you are quoted is what you are charged.
Two rules hold whatever the prices become. A reservation is released when the platform fails, not when a design disappoints — a run that fails, is cancelled or never completes costs nothing. The price and its ceiling are quoted before a run is accepted, so nothing is spent by surprise.

Most of these are zero today, and the table says why: no price has been agreed, and none will be set from a guess. Setting one needs measured run costs, which have not been measured yet. A kind priced at zero here is free today — it is not a discount, an introductory rate or a promise about tomorrow.
A pack is a separate grant with its own expiry, not a top-up of your monthly allowance. Your balance is the total of every grant you hold: a run draws on the one expiring soonest first, and across as many grants as it takes, so credits you hold are credits you can spend.

A pack is a request, not a purchase. There is no checkout: the request reaches us with your account and the pack you asked for, nothing is charged, no price is agreed and a person answers.
A plan buys credits and space. It does not buy a passed check, a reviewed design or a professional's opinion, and no plan changes what a Buildable design is: a concept within a kit's stated capabilities, not construction approval, structural certification or a guarantee of manufacturability. Deterministic checks report what the kit's rules say, on every plan equally, and a check result is never better on a paid plan than on the free one.
Professional review is quoted separately by the professional, against a named scope, revision and deliverable. It is not included in any plan and no plan grants it.
