Terms of service

These terms describe use of Buildable, provided by Buildable Technology Oy, Makasiinitie 9b, 02780 Espoo, Finland. Contact support@buildable.sh. The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Using Buildable

Buildable helps you describe, generate, inspect, revise and share supported design concepts. Features marked planned or unavailable are not part of the current service. Use your own account, protect your sign-in credentials and provide information you are entitled to use. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, impersonate others or infringe another person's rights.

If you use Buildable for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Company administrators and project owners are responsible for granting appropriate access. Review links may require the invited verified account and can expire or be revoked.

Your work and permissions

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize us and the service providers needed for the requested features to store, process and transmit that content to operate Buildable for you. Sharing a project or document authorizes access within the permissions you select; it does not transfer ownership. Third-party templates, materials and other resources remain subject to their respective licenses.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other outputs. We do not promise exclusive rights in generated content. Check that your intended use respects applicable rights and licenses.

Designs, estimates and professional review

Current generated models are concepts within supported kit capabilities. A preview, successful software check, shopping list or estimate is not construction approval, structural certification or a guarantee of manufacturability. Estimates depend on supplied rates and stated assumptions and may exclude labour, tax, delivery and other costs.

You must obtain the qualified design, engineering and authority review needed before relying on outputs for construction or fabrication. A professional review covers only its expressly identified scope, revision and deliverables. Changes and forks do not inherit a previous revision's signoff. Professional services, if separately agreed, require their own scope and commercial terms.

Allowances and payments

The current free generation allowance is two generations in total. Proposed paid plans show monthly allowances separately. A proposed price is not a completed purchase. Any paid service must present its price, billing period and applicable cancellation terms before you order; no paid subscription is created merely by signing in. Availability and limits may change prospectively, subject to applicable law and any agreement for a purchased service.

Availability, suspension and leaving

We work to maintain Buildable, but the pilot does not include a guaranteed uptime or recovery commitment. Keep appropriate copies of important work. Browser-only projects depend on your local storage. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful use or a material breach, and will provide notice where practical and lawful.

You may stop using Buildable and request account or cloud-data deletion through the contact above. Some records may need to be retained as explained in the privacy policy. Revoking access does not remove copies already downloaded by authorized recipients.

Responsibility and disputes

Each party remains responsible under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. Finnish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under their applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service develops and notify you of material changes where required. Separate written agreements for enterprise or professional services may set additional terms for those services.
